الهمزة آخر الكلمة (المتطرفة)
في الهمزة المتطرّفة يكفينا أن ننظرَ إلى حركة الحرف الّذي قبل الهمزة، ولا يهمّنا حركة الهمزة نفسها، ثُمّ نُطبّق عليها مبدأ القوّة. راجع الهمزة المتوسّطة.
لها أربعُ حالات:
- إذا سبق الهمزة حرفٌ مكسور، تُكتب الهمزة على ياء من دون نقط (ألف مقصورة): (مُبتدِئ، موانِئ، شاطِئ، هادئ، بارئ، بادئ).
- إذا سبق الهمزة حرفٌ مضمومٌ، تُكتب الهمزة على واو: (لُؤلُؤ، يجرُؤ، تكافُؤ، تباطُؤ).
- إذا سبق الهمزة حرفٌ مفتوحٌ، تُكتب الهمزة على ألف: (بدَأَ، قرَأَ، ملَأ، نشَأ، خَطَأَ، مَنشَأ).
- إذا سبق الهمزة حرفٌ ساكن، أو حرف مد، تُكتب الهمزة على السّطر (مُنفردة): (شيْء، جزْء، سماْء، ملْء، عِبْء، سَماْء، بِنَاْء، لُجوْء،بَطيْء، بُطْء).
مَلاحظة
- إذا سُبقت الهمزة المُتطرّفة بواوٍ مُشدّدة مضمومة كُتِبتْ على السّطر، نحو: (التّبوُّء).
- تُكتب (سيِّئ) بيائين، فإذا فككناها (سَ يْ يِ ء) سنجد أنّ الهمزة مسبوقة بياء مكسورة، وتَبعًا للهمزة الّتي يسبقها حرفٌ مكسور فهي تُكتب على الياء من دون نقط (ألف مقصورة) ولا تُكتب على السّطر مُنفردة. مثلُها كلمة (هُيِّئ).
