قررت نقابة المجلس الوطني المستقل لمستخدمي التدريس للقطاع ثلاثي الأطوار للتربية “CNAPESTE”، الدخول في إضراب مفتوح ابتداء من الثلاثاء المقبل 30 جانفي 2018، بسبب ما أسمته حالة الانسداد الحاصلة في جل ولايات الوظن على غرار ولايتي البليدة وبجاية واللتان يتواصل بها اضراب الكناباست منذ منتصف الثلاثي الأول .
و يأتي هذا الاضراب بالدرجة الأولى حسب تصريح مسعود بوديبة المكلف بالاتصال في نقابة “كناباست” تضامنا مع الأساتذة المضربين في ولايتي البليدة و بجاية بدرجة أولى، و لعدم استجابة الوصاية إلى أرضية المطالب التي ما تزال تشكل أزمة في قطاع التربية بهاتين الولايتين بالأخص.
